About Me

First hand experience of the benefits of natural health

Mary-Jane SharrattMy background is in the finance industry – I worked for various banks for 15 years. During this time I had an interest in natural health but it wasn’t until 2000 that I consulted a homeopath to help me with various stress-related physical and emotional problems I was experiencing.

I found the process and the remedies immensely helpful and a couple of years later I decided to re-train as a homeopath. When I qualified in 2006 I left my career in finance and set up my own practice.

I discovered NAET in 2008 and it seemed to be a good adjunct to the many allergy-related digestive disorders that I was treating. I completed the first two levels of training in 2008/9 and attended further advanced training in 2011 and 2012.

My quest for knowledge and learning has enabled me to begin to develop a unique way of working. I have combined techniques learnt from NAET and kinesiology with homeopathic methods and the CEASE protocol to obtain quick, effective results and I have a keen interest in traditional nutrition.

I try to live the life that I recommend to others and experiment on myself with all my new methods of treatment and foods. The effects can be interesting and I am happy to share my experiences with those who consult me. I also ensure I have time every day to exercise and get outside.

As well as practising homeopathy I also teach at various colleges and run workshops for those who wish to learn more about homeopathy. I have written articles for various publications.

A resident of Sussex for almost 30 years I live in Ditchling with my husband and two cats.
