About the Therapists

Kathryn Sampson

Hi, I’m Kathryn and I’m a Homeopath and EFT Practitioner.

I first discovered this incredible system of medicine 13 years ago when my eldest son had eczema as a baby. I took him to a homeopath because I was concerned about the long term effects of hydrocortisone creams and I didn’t know what else to do. I used the cream sparingly and yes it did work, but the eczema came back a couple of days later. After his first homeopathic remedy, there was an improvement in his eczema and within 2-3 weeks it was just in the folds of his elbows. His stomach was no longer bloated, his skin looked brighter and he was generally more contented. This evoked a huge interest in natural ways of staying healthy.

My children have had the usual childhood ailments whilst growing up and they have all been treated with homeopathy.

But the bit that had me truly hooked is that Homeopathy treats the whole person. The person’s mental and emotional state is as important as the physical symptoms they are experiencing. This is one of the biggest differences between homeopathy and conventional medicine. Homeopathy aims to restore the person’s health on every level and can be used alongside conventional medicine or alone.

I also use EFT to transform limiting beliefs so you can move forward in all areas of your life. Weather you would like to work towards achieving a specific goal or would like to work with particular traumas, EFT can help. It’s also a great tool for you to use between our sessions to support the work we are doing.

I see people with all sorts of health conditions in my practice and have a special interest in the following:

  • Children’s health and working with children experiencing anxiety and depression.
  • Adults experiencing anxiety and depression.
  • Candida,  IBS and poor gut health.
  • People suffering with poor immunity and for whom antibiotics are not working.

I am a fully qualified and registered homeopath with the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths and I’d love to help you. I am available for appointments in Worthing or by Skype or FaceTime all day Monday and Tuesday and at the Perrymount Clinic in Haywards Heath on a Wednesday.
